无位置传感器无刷直流电机速度观测器设计

摘要 在对无刷直流电机进行控制时需要知道其转子位置和速度两个信号,通过霍尔传感器和速度传感器分别检测其位置角和速度,增加了电机的重量和成本。文中基于滑模观测器设计了一个无位置传感器的无刷直流电机速度观测器,通过此观测器就可检测出电机的速度,省去了外加的霍尔传感器和速度传感器。此方法通过Matlab/Sumlink搭建的仿真平台验证了在电机启动后可以有效地观测电机的速度。 In the control of BLDC, the rotor position signal and speed signal should be known. The position angle and speed are tested with Hall sensor and speed sensor, and the weight and cost of the motor are increased. Based on the sliding mode observer, a sensorless brushless DC motor speed observer is designed in this paper. The speed of the motor can be detected with this observer, and the Hall sensor and speed sensor are not needed. The simulation platform built by Matlab/Sumlink is adopted to verify that the method can effectively observe the motor speed after the motor has been started.
