Sb_4Ge_3O_(12)的合成及其二阶非线性光学性质研究

摘要 采用水热法合成了Sb_4Ge_3O_(12)单晶,该晶体属于立方晶系I43d非心空间群.紫外可见漫反射光谱分析表明其带隙为3.7 ev.对其二阶非线性光学行为进行了研究,粉末倍频效应约为KDP的1.2倍,并且能够实现相位匹配.该化合物的二阶非线性光学性能主要来自于结构中有孤电子对的SbO_3基团. Sb4Ge3O12 crystals were grown by hydrothermal method. It crystallizes in the cubic space group I43 d. UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy shows that the optical gap of Sb4Ge3O12 is about 3. 7 ev.Sb4Ge3O12 exhibits a second harmonic generation( SHG) response that is about 1. 2 times that of KDP( KH2PO4) and is phase matchable. The SHG response originates from the lone pair of SbO3.
