不同铜离子浓度对绿豆根细胞结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着不断的人为活动,土壤重金属污染问题已十分严峻.本文采用0 mmol/L,0.05 mmol/L,0.1 mmol/L,0.3 mmol/L,0.5 mmol/L五种不同浓度的铜离子处理绿豆幼苗的根部,观察了在浓度梯度处理下绿豆根部的形态变化,用石蜡切片法对绿豆根各组织进行了显微结构水平的研究.结果表明适当浓度的铜离子处理有助于根的生长发育,随着铜离子浓度的升高,则对绿豆根部产生毒害作用.细胞表皮细胞弯曲并有不同程度的死亡现象,皮层结构出现质壁分离现象,维管束结构中木质部发达,细胞壁加厚,并有不明沉积物出现.分析了产生这种现象的理论原因从而为减轻重金属对环境的污染及农业保护提供了一定的理论基础. In this paper,after treating the mung bean seedling by copper ion,the morphological changes of mung bean root was observed,as well as mung bean root tissues were studied on micro-structure level using paraffin section method. The result showed that appropriate concentration of copper ion was helpful to the growth and development of root,whileexcess of copper ion concentration would cause the toxic effect on the roots. Epidermal cells were bend and had different degree death. There was a plasmolysis in the cortex structures,xylem was well developed,cell walls became thicker with unidentified sediment fillingin cells. The theoretical reasons was analyzed and hoped to offer some theoretical foundation for agricultural environmental protection.
