摘要
2000年以来,内蒙古自治区GDP增速在全国34个省区遥遥领先,但经济快速发展一度导致环境污染严重、资源浪费惊人.因此,寻求一条合理有效的经济环境协调发展的道路迫在眉睫.文章根据内蒙古实际和基于对循环经济的认识,利用层次分析方法,定性与定量结合,对内蒙古工业循环经济发展进行综合评价,确定其循环经济工业未来发展重点,引导面上工作开展及分步实施,有序推进循环经济.
The GDP growth in Inner Mongolia is far ahead of other 34 provinces of China since 2000,but the rapid development of economy leads to serious environmental pollution and resources waste. Therefore,it is urgent to seek a coordinated,reasonable and effective development road. In this paper,based on the actual situation and the understanding of circular economy for Inner Mongolia,using the analytic hierarchy process method,combination qualitative and quantitative analysis,the comprehensive evaluation of industrial circulating economic development is carried out,the future development of the circular economy industry focus is identified. Moreover,work development and implementation step by step is guided and the recycling economy is orderly promoted.
