我国经济型酒店的空间分布及其影响因素研究——以如家快捷酒店为例

Study on the Spatial Distribution and Influence Factors of Econo Hotel in China——Take Home Inn as an Example

利用2013年我国30个主要城市的截面数据,以如家快捷酒店为例分析了我国经济型酒店在各省及三大区域内的空间分布特征.接着以各主要城市的GDP、航空客运量、4A级以上景点数、国内游客数量为自变量,构建了经济型酒店分布数量与各变量之间的关系,定量分析了四个因素对经济型酒店在各主要城市中空间分布的影响.最后发现,当地旅游资源禀赋和接待的国内游客数对其影响最大.本研究可以为经济型酒店的发展模式和城市布控提供一定的参考依据.

In this paper,taking Home Inn as an example,the spacial distribution features of economical hotel in each province and three major regions are analyzed based on the cross section data of 30 major cities in China in 2013.Then,the relationship between the number of economical hotel and the independent variable including the GDP,air passenger volume,the number of scenic spots above 4A and the number of domestic tourists in major cities was constructed.The influence of four factors on the spatial distribution of economical hotel in major cities is analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the local tourism resources and the number of domestic tourists have the significant effect on the spacial distribution of economical hotel.In conclusion,this study is expected to provide some reference for the development mode of the economical hotel and arrangement in major cities.
