摘要
讨论SrAl_2O_4:Eu,Dy长余辉发光材料中硼酸的添加量对材料发光性能的影响。观察到随着硼酸含量的增加,材料的余辉强度增大,但当硼酸含量超过20%时,余辉反而减弱。而在此过程中,材料的发射光谱一直呈现"蓝移"。通过材料的热释光谱及X射线衍射光谱分析,对此给出了一定解释。
Influence of addition of boric acid on the luminescence properties of SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy long afterglow phosphor is discussed in this paper. Results show that the luminous intensity of materials is improved with the increasing percentage of H3BO3 but weakened when the percentage is over 20%. In this whole process, the emission spectrum appears "blue shift". Explanations for these are given by thermo-luminescence spectra and XRD patterns of the samples.
