摘要
随LED技术的不断进步,LED照明产品已大规模进入人们的日常生活当中。消费者对性能、价格要求越来越严格,灯具的小型化成为发展趋势。由于LED本身寿命较长,而灯具寿命的长短决定因素是电源的好坏。目前大部分灯具电源解决方案都基于传统开关电源原理,使用的电子元器件较多,电路复杂,因而生产成本较高,易发生故障。为降低成本,优化生产工艺,业内多家厂商推出线性恒流IC方案,在基本满足性能要求的同时,优化电路设计方案,使成本得以降低。通过对线性恒流IC应用方案的光、电、热测试结果进行分析,总结LED高压线性电源的应用现状,并对其未来应用与发展提出些许见解。
With the rapid innovation of LED technology, LED lighting products have entered into people's daily life. Miniaturization of luminaires become a development trend with the increasingly strict requirements of consumers for its performance and price. The LED itself has a long life, so the supply power performance has a decisive influence on the lamps. At present, the power solutions of most of luminaires are based on traditional principle of switch power supply which use many electronic components, complex circuit, thus the production cost is higher and prone to failure. In order to reduce the cost, optimize the production process, many manufacturers in the industry launch a linear constant current IC solution that can basically meet the performance requirements at the same time reduce the cost through optimizing circuit design. In this paper, the optical, electrical, thermal test results in the application of linear constant-current IC program are analyzed to summarize the status of LED high-voltage linear power application and put forward some views on its future application and development.
