基于居民感知视角的古城镇旅游对居民生活质量的影响——以凤凰古城为例

How Tourism in Historic Town Affects Residents' Quality of Life

拥有独特历史文化的古城镇逐渐成为中国重要旅游吸引物,而古城镇旅游的发展不可避免地会对居民生活质量产生影响。以凤凰古城为例,通过方便抽样和滚雪球抽样,得到237个古城镇居民有效样本,采用回归分析,检验凤凰古城旅游影响(古城状况、居民生活及社区生活)的居民感知与居民生活质量(物质生活、非物质生活)之间的关系;并探讨凤凰古城居民物质生活和非物质生活对其总体生活质量的影响。研究发现:受访者对旅游影响的不同感知,在不同程度上影响着其物质或非物质生活质量;另外,古城居民的物质、非物质生活质量对其总体生活质量有显著正向影响作用。

The historic town with history of ancient culture attracts tourists from all over the world. The environmental problems, cultural distortion and other issues caused by excessive development of historic town tourism will directly or indirectly affect residents＂ quality of life in the tourism destination. The perception of tourism impact and people＇s attitudes to tourism development has played a decisive role in sustainable tourism development. This study selected Fenghuang town for empirical analysis and methods of convenience sampling and snowball sampling were used to select respondents, getting 237 effective samples. This study mainly discusses how the town residents＇perception of tourism impact affects the various dimensions of quality of life （material and non-material）. The main results showed that： （1） the material （non-material life） has a significant positive correlation with residents＂ overall quality of life; （2） people differ in evaluating the importance or satisfaction of the quality of life when they differ in their perception of tourism impact.
