摘要
导轨选型与设计是直线运动机构的关键组成部分。如今市面上的导轨选型工具均受限于各商业产品手册,他们对选型过程做了大量封装或简化,不能完全实现从需求出发并依据运动学和动力学原理进行设计,效率较低。本文在计算软件Mat hemat ica10的环境下,实现了用于选型的导轨主要性能参数的快速计算。首先根据运动学、动力学原理,综合考虑多种影响因素,总结并提出了一套具有普适性、以承受载荷和使用寿命为主要指标选型流程;然后基于Mat hemat ica动态模块和符号推导技术实现了该软件并与现有各种商业软件进行了对比,获得良好的使用效果。
The shape selection and the design of guide rails are the key components of the direct line motion mechanism. The model selection tools of guide rails on the current market are restricted to various commercial product manuals, which have done a lot of packaging or simplification of the process of selection, and which cannot fully realize the design starting from the demand and according to the principles of kinematics and dynamics, so its efficiency is quite low. Based on the ealculation software Mathematica 1 O, this paper implements the rapid calcula- tion of the nmin performance parameters of the shape selection of guide rails. First of all, according to the principles of kinematics and dynamics, and taking various factors into consideration, it summarizes and puts forward a set of selection proeess which is of universality and taking beating load and service life. as the main index: then, based on Mathenmtica dynamic module anti symbolic deduction technology, it develops the software and realizes the contrast between this software and various kinds of commercial software nowadays, and finally achie-,,es good effect -ff its application .
