压制工艺及稀土添加量对YG8硬质合金性能的影响

摘要 采用真空烧结方法制备了YG8硬质合金。研究了压制压强、保压时间和稀土(Y_2O_3)添加量对合金性能的影响。结果表明:压强和保压时间对合金的性能影响不大;合金的密度、硬度和抗弯强度随Y_2O_3含量的增加表现出先升后降的势态;当压强为100MPa,保压时间为1min,Y_2O_3含量为1wt%Co含量时,合金获得了更优异的综合性能,其密度、硬度和抗弯强度值分别达到14.77g·cm(-3)、92.2HRA和1825MPa。 The YG8 cemented carbide was prepared by vacuum sintering. This paper studies the influences of pressing pressure, holding time and the addition amount of rare earth on the properties of the cemented carbide. The results show that the influence of pressure and hohting time on the properties of the cemented carbide is not obvious, and that the density, hardness and bending strength of the cemented carbide show a trend of rising first and then tailing with the increase of the content of Y,O. When the pressme is 100 MPa, the hohting time is 1 min, and the content of Y203 is lwt% Co, the cemented carbide obtains a better combination property, and its density, hardness and bending strength value reaches14.77g·cm(-3)、92.2HRA and 1825MPa respectively.
