摘要
以城市道路的积水自动控制系统为主要研究对象,根据水位高低的实际情况来确定启动水泵的台数。通过采用西门子Logo! 12/24 RC作为下位机,搭建硬件系统、完成数据采集及程序的编写,实现相应的功能,提高积水控制的自动化水平,实时完成积水的测控,避免城市道路积水过深使人身财产安全受到损失。在水位控制中,随水位高度的变化MIK-P260型水位变送器检测到不同的压力信号,由变送器转换为能被Logo!使用的0~5V信号,触发相应的模拟量触发器工作。系统自动地根据检测装置反馈到控制器的信息,结合LOGO!的控制算法与迂回控制,控制执行机构进行排水工作。
The paper takes the automatic control system of the water level in the urban road as the main research object, determines the number of the start pumps according to the water level, uses the Siemens Logo! , Logo! 12 / 24 RC as the lower computer hardware equipment, designs the structure of the hardware, completes the data acquisition and the procedure preparation to achieve the corresponding functions in order to enhance the level of the automation of water control, the real-time monitoring of water level to prevent the urban road water from jeopardizing the human life and the property. In the water level control, as water level height changes, MIK-P260 type level transmitter detects different pressure signals which are conversed by the transmitter into 0~5V signals that can be used by the Logo! , triggering the corresponding analog trigger value. The system automatically feedbacks to the controller according to the correlation detection device and the LOGO !
