摘要
在对管理会计课程的特点、教学目的进行分析的基础上,提出了管理会计课程"四步一体"教学改革模式,并通过管理会计课程教学的多轮探索实践,发现应用该模式进行课堂教学改革后,授课教师教学思路更加清晰,学生学习目的更加明确,对管理会计知识的应用更加熟练,实现了学生认知方式从被动接受向主动发现的转变。
This paper, based on the analysis of the Characteristics of management accounting course and its teaching objectives, puts forward the "four-steps-in-one" teaching reform pattern for the course. Upon exploratory practices, the pattern proves effective in enabling the teachers to teach more clearly and the students to learn more purposely and proficiently, thus, achieving the transition of students' cognition from passive acceptance to active finding.
