摘要
阐述了同煤集团煤炭洗选业人才现状及存在的问题,对其原因进行分析。并为同煤集团洗选业适应新常态下发展需要,探析了人才发展战略规划,拟定培养目标,制定培养对策,通过建立和完善人才培养激励与考核机制,形成人才储备的长效机制,打造了一支高层次的科技创新团队。
The paper stated the present status and exited problems of the coal preparation talents in Datong Coal Mine Group and the causes were analyzed.To meet the development requirements of the coal preparation industry in Datong Coal Mine Group under the new normal state,the strategic planning of the talents development should be analyzed,the training objective should be prepared,the training countermeasures should be set up,an encouragement and examination mechanism of the talent training should be established and perfected and a long effective mechanism of the talents reserve should be formed in order to make a high level scientific innovation team.
