Mr Wesley Wong Wai-chungsaid： ＂When l succeeded Mr Frank Poon Ying-kwong as Solicitor General last September, I knew that my predecessor had done an excellent job and there was still a long way to go.＂ As Solicitor General, he led the Legal Policy Division which is responsible for a variety of jobs, often involving complex legal issues and other tasks. ＂Fortunately, 1 inherited a very professional team of lawyers and support personnel, and other divisions in the Department of Justice （DOI） and our team have close cooperation.＂
