Property rights system is the foundation for the effective operation of the socialist market economy. The relevant official of National Development and Reform Commission （＂NDRC＂） accepted the special interview from Xinhua reporters on the Opinions of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China and the State Council on Improving Property Rights Protection System to Legally Protect Property Rights.
