摘要
随着人口健康信息化建设全面快速推进和新技术快速发展与应用，人口健康信息互联共享的范围也越来越广，利用人口健康信息服务于群众健康的需求也越来越多。与此同时，数据量庞大的人口健康信息面临的安全威胁也在不断增加，加强人口健康信息管理，保障人口健康信息安全，保护公民个人隐私是推进居民健康信息互联互通工作建设中的重要内容。我国在居民健康信息的收集、利用、管理中应当明确一些基本原则，兼顾居民健康信息的充分利用和安全保障。
With the comprehensive and dramatic development of informationization of people＇s health, new technology is booming and rapidly used. People＇s health information is consequently more and more widely shared and needed for the purpose of people＇s health. Meanwhile, threat to the security of the enormous number of people＇s health data is also increasing. To enhance the control of people＇s health information, secure its safety and protect citizen＇s privacy is crucial to the improvement of people＇s health information sharing. In China, basic principles shall be specified not only on collection, use and control of people＇s health information, but also on how to make a full use of and protect people＇s health information.
