奥瑞姆自理模式对结直肠癌化疗患者的影响

Effect of Orem Self-care model on Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨奥瑞姆自理模式对结直肠癌化疗患者的影响。方法:将72例结直肠癌化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用奥瑞姆自理模式。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价患者心理状态,采用生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)评价患者护理前后生活质量的变化,比较两组患者营养状况。结果:两组干预后SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后总体生活质量评分高于干预前,且高于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后人体指标和营养指标明显优于干预前,且优于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥瑞姆自理模式充分调动了结直肠癌化疗患者自我护理的积极性,提高了患者生活质量,改善了心理状态。

Objective： To explore the effects of Orem self-care model on colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 72 cases of colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group with 36 cases. The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group was treated with Orem self-care model. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（ SDS） was used to evaluate the psychological state of patients,and the general quality of life scale（ GQOLI-74） assess changes in the quality of life of patients before and after nursing care. Nutritional status were compared between two groups. Results： After intervention,the SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the observation group after the intervention of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The observation group overall quality of life outcome scores were significantly higher than that before the intervention,and were significantly higher than that of the control group after the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The observation group＇ s anthropometric and nutritional indicators were significantly better than those in the same group before the intervention,and was significantly better than those in the control group after the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Orem self-care model can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of patients with rectal cancer chemotherapy self-care,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the psychological state.
