心理支持护理在乳腺纤维瘤手术患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Psychological Support Nursing in Patients with Breast Fibroma Operation

目的:探讨心理支持护理在乳腺纤维瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将106例乳腺纤维瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理支持护理,比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及疗效满意率;采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组患者进行评定。结果:观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,疗效满意率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执及精神病性评分均低于同组术前及对照组术后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理支持护理可显著改善乳腺纤维瘤手术患者的心理状态,缩短患者手术时间、住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高疗效满意率,提示乳腺纤维瘤患者的手术疗效及预后与心理状态密切相关。

Objective： To explore the effect of psychological nursing care in patients with breast cancer. Methods： A total of 106 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ n = 53）. The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing care. The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. The symptom checklist 90（ SCL-90） was used to evaluate the patients in two groups. Results： The observation group＇ s operation time,hospitalization time was shorter than those in the control group,and intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group. The curative effect satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There were significant differences between two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. The observation group patients＇ somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid and psychosis scores were significantly lower than those in the same group before the surgery and those in the control group after the surgery,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing support can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with breast fibroma operation,shorten operation time,hospitalization time,reduce bleeding,and improve the curative effect satisfaction rate,suggesting that the effect of mammary gland fibroma surgery and prognosis and psychological state are closely related.
