近年来"互联网+法律"正以法律电商的模式迅速发展起来。虽其拥有巨大的市场前景,但其在中国的发展却并不如人意。目前"互联网+法律服务业"仍存在信任缺失、运营成本高、权利维护不到位等问题。对此,提出了结合大数据法律服务信息资源整合、案源筛选及分类、培养高质量专业化律师团队、完善并建立信息反馈——监管评分机制分析等于一体的创新模式,以适应我国经济发展需要,致力于引导我国"互联网+法律服务业"健康发展。

In recent years, ＂Internet＋law＂ has developed rapidly in China, driving the law affairs into a new development model named legal e-commerce. Actually, ＂Internet＋legal services＂ has its own superiority, a huge market and broad prospects, but its development is unsatisfactory at present. Nowadays, ＂Internet＋legal services＂ really exist problems like lack of trust, high running costs and poor protection of rights.Basing on this view, we suggest to build a new pattern, which contains information resources integration, cases filtration and classification, fostering professional lawyers and legal talents with pratical experience, improving and establishing scoring mechanism of information feedback and supervising and so on, This new pattern will meet the needs of China＇s economic development as well as promote the heahhy development of ＂Internet＋legal services＂ in China.
