摘要 情景教学是一种以学生为中心的主动式教学方法,它是将理论与实践充分结合的教学方法,礼仪教学不仅仅是通过简单理论教学就可以很好地掌握和实践的,通过情景教学,学生可以更好地将礼仪知识运用到实践中去,做到做中学,学中做。情景教学中教师根据企业和岗位需要,设计科学的教学情景,让学生带着任务,在模拟情境中去展示、领会、掌握相应岗位的礼仪行为。通过情景教学,学生能够更好地理解、运用并修正自己的礼仪行为,真正达到学以致用。 The situational teaching method is an active student - centered teaching method, which is a combination of theory and practice. The theory of etiquette is difficult for students to master and practice only by listening to the teacher. The situational teaching method is a good way for students to learn by doing and can help students to actually put the etiquette knowledge into the practice. Based on the needs of enterprises and jobs, the teacher should design the scientific teaching situations and tasks for students to show, to comprehend and master the post etiquette behaviors. By the etiquette situational teaching method, students can better understand, use and correct their own etiquette behaviors and make practical use of their knowledge in etiquette.
