摘要
经济新常态下,高职日语专业毕业生陷入就业困境,其根本原因是毕业生不符合企业岗位用人条件,日语基础知识差及专业知识缺乏。解决就业困境的对策是要改变传统的人才培养模式,建立"日语+X"的人才培养模式,培养复合型高职日语专业人才,提高就业质量。这一对策的实施必须要有一系列配套的措施,比如明确专业定位,调整专业设置;整合课程模块;加强"双师型"师资队伍建设;改革教学方法;深化校企合作;建设实验室等。同时还应抓住跨境电商的机遇,提高毕业生的就业质量。
Under the new economic state, the Japanese-majored graduates from the higher vocational colleges are facing the employment dilemma. The fundamental reasons are that the graduates, with the poor basic knowledge of Japanese and without the professional knowledge, do not meet the educational requirements for the employment. The solution to the employment dilemma is to change the traditional talent training model into a new one, namely "Japanese +X" model, to cultivate the graduates majored in Japanese with the multiple and practical qualifications and to improve their quality of employment. The implementation of this strategy must have a series of supporting measures, such as clear professional orientation, the integration of the curriculum mod- ules, strengthening the construction of the double qualified teachers, the reform of teaching method, deepening the cooperation with the enterprises, the construction of laboratory and seizing the opportunity of the cross- border e-commerce.
