摘要
我国成人残疾群体属于社会弱势群体,需要社会各界的关注和支持。全纳教育提倡将残疾群体纳入主流普通学校,给予成人残疾群体同普通公民一样平等接受教育的机会。然而在教育实践层面,成人残疾群体校园融入仍然面临诸多困难,主要表现在学习适应性差、教育资源匮乏、教育交往缺位、教师素质片面等方面。基于此,要明确整体与个别关系,塑造良好学习环境;结合社区力量,构建无障碍全纳学校;注重有效合作,营造互助交际环境;促进教师专业发展,加强师资队伍供给侧改革。
China' s adult disability groups belong to the social vulnerable groups, need the community's attention and support. Inclusive education advocates the disabled into the mainstream schools, giving adults with disabilities access to education on an equal basis with ordinary citizens. However, in the practice of education level, the adult disabled groups into the campus still faces many difficulties, such as poor in learning adaptability, lack of educational resources, absence of educational exchanges and one - sidedness of teachers' quality. Based on this, it is necessary to make clear the rela tionship between the whole and individual, to create a good learning environment; to construct a barrier free inclusive school with the community strength; to promote the professional development of teachers and strengthen teachers supply the side of reform.
