摘要 转化学习理论作为成人教育领域新兴理论有着特定的背景和应用意义,它以建构主义理论、哈贝马斯的社会学理论和弗莱雷的解放理论等为理论支撑,分析、总结成人学习的特点,形成较为完善的理论体系。转化学习理论对企业员工培训有着重要的参考价值,即要注重关键性事件的营造,合理运用已有经验,培养批判性反思能力,加强合作与交流,提升教师的专业素养。 As the emerging field of learning theory the transformation of adult education has its particular background and significance, which by means of the theory of constructivism, Habermas's sociological theory and Freire' s theory as the theoretical support, and analyzed and summarized the characteristics of adult learning, formed a perfect theory system. Transformative learning theory for employees training has important reference value, namely the training process should pay attention to building the key events in the enterprise employees, reasonable use of existing experience, cultivate the ability of critical reflection, strengthen cooperation and exchanges, enhance the professionalism of the enterprise teachers.
