As the emerging field of learning theory the transformation of adult education has its particular background and significance, which by means of the theory of constructivism, Habermas＇s sociological theory and Freire＇ s theory as the theoretical support, and analyzed and summarized the characteristics of adult learning, formed a perfect theory system. Transformative learning theory for employees training has important reference value, namely the training process should pay attention to building the key events in the enterprise employees, reasonable use of existing experience, cultivate the ability of critical reflection, strengthen cooperation and exchanges, enhance the professionalism of the enterprise teachers.
