安非他酮缓释片与帕罗西汀片治疗惊恐障碍的疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets and Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets in Treatment of Panic Disorder

目的:对照观察安非他酮缓释片与帕罗西汀片治疗惊恐障碍患者的效果和安全性。方法:将82例惊恐障碍患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各41例。研究组采用安非他酮缓释片治疗,对照组使用帕罗西汀片,疗程均为6周。采用惊恐障碍相关症状量表(PASS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效,治疗前后分别对患者行心电图、肝功能、肾功能等检查以评价安全性。结果:治疗第1、2、4、6周末,两组的PASS、HAMD及HAMA评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗第1、2、4、6周末的PASS、HAMD及HAMA评分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6周末,研究组的总有效率为80.0%,对照组为77.5%,两组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组出现性功能障碍、情感高涨、情绪易激惹、心电图异常的例数均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安非他酮缓释片治疗惊恐障碍与帕罗西汀效果相当,且起效较快、药物不良反应轻,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore and compare the effect and safety of Bupropion Sustained-Release Tablets and Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of panic disorder.Method： 82 patients with panic disorder were randomly assigned into the research group and control group, 41 cases in each group.The research group was given Bupropion Hydroehloride Sustained-Release Tablets, the control group was given Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets, all for 6 weeks.The effects were assessed with the Panic Associated Symptom Scale （ PASS ）, Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD ） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （ HAMA ）, before and after treatment, ECG, liver function and renal function were examined to evaluate the safety of the patients.Result： The PASS, HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment at the end of the first, second, fouth, sixth week, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .At the end of the 6th week, the effective rate of research group was 80.0%, the effective rate of control group was 77.5%, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P〉O.05 ） .The patients with sexual dysfunction, high emotion, emotional irritability, ECG abnormalities of research group were more than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Condusion： Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets in the treatment of panic disorder has an same effect with Paroxetine Hydroehloride Tablets, quick efficacy and adverse drug reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
