HSP70基因多态性与冠心病合并抑郁的关联分析

摘要 目的:探讨HSP70基因rs2075799基因多态性与冠心病共病抑郁的关联。方法:收集107例冠心病患者临床资料,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)对患者进行筛查,收集到32例冠心病共病抑郁患者和75例冠心病未共病抑郁的患者,抽取外周静脉血,提取DNA,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)方法,对HSP70基因rs2075799的单核苷酸多态性进行检测。结果:冠心病共病抑郁组患者HSP70基因rs2075799位点基因型分布频率和等位基因频率与冠心病未共病抑郁组患者比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ~2=1.10,P=0.16;χ~2=2.24,P=0.29)。结论:未发现HSP70基因rs2075799多态性与冠心病患者共病抑郁的易感性之间的关联。 Objective:To investigate whether polymorphisms of HSP70 exerts any influence on depressive disorder in coronary artery disease(CAD).Method:Collect The clinical data of 107 patients with coronary heart disease,used Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17) screening for patients with HAMD-17 were collected,32 CAD patients with depressive disorder and 75 CAD patients without depressive disorder,venous blood was extracted from peripheral DNA,used restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of polymerase chain reaction(PCR-RFLP) method for detection of single nucleotide polymorphism of HSP70 gene of rs2075799.Result:Comparison of coronary heart disease comorbidity in patients with HSP70 depression gene rs2075799 genotype distribution and allele frequencies in patients with coronary artery disease without comorbid depression patients,the differences were no statistically significant(χ^2=1.10,P=0.16;χ^2=2.24,P=0.29).Conclusion:No significant association was found between rs2075799 single nucleotide polymorphisms and the comorbidity of CAD with depression.
