摘要
目的:探讨微信的延续性护理服务在喉癌术后患者的应用及效果。方法:选取2015年9月-2016年9月本院收治确诊喉癌并进行全喉或部分喉切除手术患者56例,按住院号单、双分为观察组和对照组,各28例。两组患者住院期间均接受常规治疗及护理,对照组患者出院时按喉癌术后常规护理进行出院指导,观察组在给予喉癌术后常规护理指导的基础上,在出院后6个月内用微信进行延续性护理服务。比较两组患者在出院后6个月内的生活质量、对疾病知识掌握及满意度。结果:观察组患者出院1、3、6个月的生活质量、对疾病知识掌握及对护理工作满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对喉癌术后出院患者实施微信的延续性护理服务,能有效解决患者出院后的护理问题,防止或降低各种并发症发生,提高患者生活质量,提高满意度。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of We Chat continuous nursing service in postoperative patients with laryngeal carcinoma.Method:56 patients were diagnosed with laryngeal carcinoma,and with surgical resection or partial laryngectomy,in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,according to hospital number of single and double,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,28 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were hospitalized during the routine treatment and nursing,the control group was discharged from the hospital after the routine nursing care,on the basis of routine nursing instruction,the observation group received continuous nursing care in 6 months after discharge of We Chat.The quality of life after discharge,knowledge of disease and satisfaction in the hospital within 6 months of two groups were compared.Result:1,3,6 months after discharge,the quality of life,disease knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work of observation group were significantly better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The continuing care for patients with laryngeal carcinoma after operation of We Chat,can effectively solve the problems of nursing care of patients after discharge,prevent or reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the satisfaction.
