原状脱硫石膏聚苯颗粒轻质保温材料的制备与性能 被引量:10

摘要 在原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系研究的基础上,针对相关原料对原状脱硫石膏聚苯颗粒轻质保温材料各项性能的影响进行了实验研究.实验结果得到:保温骨料聚苯颗粒与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳体积比为82.6%;纤维素醚与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳质量比为0.5%;可再分散乳胶粉与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳质量比为0.8%;聚丙烯纤维与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳质量比为0.2%,各组分均外掺.根据最佳比制得的保温材料的各项性能均满足《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统》(JG 158—2013)的相关要求.有效解决了原状脱硫石膏的资源化应用问题,为固体废弃物脱硫石膏的综合利用开辟了一条新途径. On the basis of the undisturbed desulfurization gypsum cementitious material system,the effects of the used rawmaterials on the properties of the undisturbed FGD gypsum-based polystyrene lightweight thermal insulation material were studied. Experimental results were shown as follows:the optimum volume ratio with polystyrene particles and undisturbed desulfurization gypsum cementitious material system was determined to be 82. 6%,the optimum mass ratio between cellulose ether and undisturbed desulfurization gypsum cementitious material system was 0. 5%,the optimum mass ratio between re-dispersible latex powder and undisturbed desulfurization gypsum cementitious material system was 0. 8%,the optimum mass ratio between polypropylene fiber and undisturbed desulfurization gypsum cementitious material system was 0. 2%,they were all incorporated in addition. The performances on thermal insulation materials prepared in accordance with the best mix proportion meet the relevant requirements of China standard external thermal insulating rendering systems made of mortar with mineral binder and using expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate( JG 158—2013). The study provides a newway for comprehensive utilization of solid waste undisturbed desulfurization gypsum.
