在役高速公路软基不均匀沉降病害注浆处治技术 被引量:14

Grouting reinforcement technology for soft ground differential settlement disease of in-service highway

摘要 针对江苏沿海高速公路路桥过渡段在运营过程中出现的不均匀沉降问题,提出了侧向辐射注浆加固处治技术.依托连盐高速公路K20+084~K20+144路段注浆加固工程,研究了侧向辐射注浆法的施工工艺、监测与检验方法以及注浆设计参数,建立了在役高速公路软基注浆加固数值分析模型,开展了既有路堤下软基注浆加固效果及变形特性的分析,并通过现场实测变形资料验证了分析方法的合理性.结果表明,注浆加固后既有路堤的工后沉降量减少了90 mm,地基土体的最大侧移量减少了17.2 mm,其不均匀沉降病害得到有效控制.在实际工程中,应根据路堤填土高度及其工程地质条件,选择合理的注浆率和注浆深度等施工参数,以便获得最佳的加固效果. To solve the problem of the differential settlement at the roadbed-bridge transition section of Jiangsu coastal in-service highway,a lateral radiation grouting treatment technology was proposed. Based on the grouting treatment engineering of Lianyungang-Yancheng highway from mileage K20 + 084 to K20 + 144,the construction technology,the monitoring and testing methods,and the grouting parameters of the lateral radiation grouting method were studied,and the numerical analysis model of grouting reinforcement for soft ground of in-service highway was established. The grouting reinforcement effects and the deformation performances of the soft ground under the existing embankment were also analyzed and evaluated. The rationality of the proposed analysis method was verified by the field measured data of ground deformation. The results showthat the post-construction settlement of the existing embankment after reinforcement by the lateral radiation grouting method reduces by 90 mm,and the maximum lateral displacement of the ground soil reduces by 17. 2mm. Therefore,the differential settlement disease can be effectively controlled. In practical engineering,the rational grouting parameters,such as the grouting ratio,the grouting depth,and so on,should be selected according to the embankment fill height and the engineering geological conditions to achieve the best reinforcement effect.
