摘要
综述了C/C-SiC复合材料的几种典型制备方法,分析了各种制备方法的优缺点。介绍了C/C-SiC复合材料作为高温热结构材料、摩擦材料和光学光机结构材料的应用情况,并展望了未来的研究方向。
Several typical fabrication techniques of C/C-SiC composites were summarized in the paper. The advantage and disadvantage of various methods were analyzed. The application of C/C-SiC composites as thermal structure and thermal protection system(TPS) material, friction material and optical and opto-mechanical ultra-lightweight materials were investigated. Finally, the future of research direction of C/C-SiC composites was prospected.
