对医院获得性急性肾损伤患者实施动机访谈护理干预的价值探究

Value of Motvational Interviewing Nursing Intervention in Patients with Hospital-acquired Acute Kidney Injury

目的:探讨对医院获得性急性肾损伤患者实施动机访谈护理干预的价值。方法:采用目的抽样方法选取2013年6月-2016年5月在本院治疗被确诊为医院获得性急性肾损伤患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上,每周给予两次心理干预,包括20 min的动机访谈和20 min健康指导,为期4周。对比两组患者症状自评(SCL-90)得分、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果:干预组SCL-90得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干扰组治疗依从性和生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动机访谈护理干预能有效消除医院获得性急性肾损伤患者的负性情绪,改善患者治疗依从性和提高生活质量。

Objective： To study the value of motvational interviewing nursing intervention in patients with hospital-acquired acute kidney injury.Method： From June 2013 to May 2016, 100 cases with hospital acquired acute kidney injury in our hospital were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care, the intervention group on the basis of that was given psychological intervention twice a week, including 20 min motvational interviewing and 20 min health guidance, for 4 weeks.Symptom checklist 90 （ SCL-90 ） score, treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result： SCL-90 score of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; treatment compliance and quality of life of the intervention group were much better than the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Motvational interviewing nursing intervention can effectively eliminate negative emotions of patients with hospital-acquired acute kidney injury, and can improve patients＇ compliance and quality of life.
