手术室综合护理干预对老年患者术后肺部感染率的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pulmonary Infection in Elderly Patients

目的:探讨手术室综合护理干预对术后肺部感染率的影响。方法:选取2014年5月-2015年10月本院就诊的200例手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用传统常规护理,干预组采用手术室综合干预护理,比较两组患者术后肺部感染发生率、住院时间、住院费用以及对护理工作的满意度。结果:干预组患者的肺部感染率为5.0%,明显低于对照组的16.0%(P<0.05);干预组住院时间及费用与对照组比较均明显降低(P<0.05);干预组对护理工作的满意度为81.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)。结论:手术室综合护理干预可有效降低老年患者术后肺部感染率,减少住院时间和住院费用,增加患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pulmonary infection in operation room.Method： From May 2014 to October 2015, 200 patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the intervention group and control group according to random number table method, 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine nursing, the intervention group was treated by comprehensive nursing.Incidence rate, hospitalization time, college costs and the degree of satisfaction to the nursing work of the two groups were compared.Result： Pulmonary infection rate of the intervention group was 5.0%, which was significantly lower than the control group of 16.0% （ P〈0.05 ） . Hospitalization time and cost of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05） .Satisfaction to the nursing work of the intervention group was 81.0%, higher than the control group of 65.0% （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Operation room comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pulmonary infection rate, hospitalization time and hospital expenses of the elderly patients, increase patients＇ satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical application.
