摘要 目的:分析包头医学院第二附属医院2015年1月-2016年11月血培养中病原菌分布及其对抗菌药物的敏感情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:采用美国BD公司的BACTEC 9050全自动血培养仪,对血培养瓶进行连续培养监测,BD公司生产的Phoenix 100系统全自动微生物分析系统对血标本中分离的病原菌进行鉴定和药物敏感试验,利用WHONET 5.6软件来对药敏结果进行分析。结果:1307份血培养标本中,病原菌的分离数量共182株,阳性检出率为13.9%,其中革兰阴性菌120株,占65.9%;革兰阳性菌61株,占33.5%;真菌1株,占0.6%。对大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属、葡萄球菌属、肠球菌属进行药敏结果分析,葡萄球菌属对万古霉素、利奈唑胺100%敏感,大肠埃希菌以及克雷伯菌属对亚胺培南和美罗培南100%敏感,其他抗菌药物则有不同程度的耐药。结论:目前本院血培养分离出的病原菌主要以革兰阴性菌为主,菌种多样化,且呈现较高的耐药率,提示临床医生应重视血培养,以便合理应用抗菌药物。 Objective: To analyse the blood culture and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria to antimicrobial sensitivity in our hospital from January 2015 to November 20i6, then provide the basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.Method: The blood culture bottle was given continuous training monitoring by the BACTEC 9050 automatic blood culture of BD company.The blood specimens of separation identification of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitive test was given by BD company produces the Phoenix 100 system automatic microbial analysis system.The WHONET 5.6 software was used for analysis the drug susceptibility test results. Result: 1307 blood specimens, 182 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated positive rate of 13.9%, of which 120 strains of Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 65.9%, Gram-positive bacteria were 61 strains ( 33.5% ), and 1 strain fungi accounted for 0.6%.Analyzed the susceptibility of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and enterococcus, Staphylococcus was sensitive to Vancomycin and Linezolid of 100%, Escherichia coli were sensitive to Imipenem and Meropenem of 100%, other antimicrobial agents had different degrees of resistance.Conclusion: At present in our hospital blood culture pathogens isolated mainly Gram-negative bacteria, species diversity, and presents a high resistance to prompt clinical doctors should pay attention to blood culture, so that the reasonable application of antimicrobial agents.
