摘要 目的分析患者满意度调查在医院管理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年6—12月收治的住院患者163例作为对照组,在医院管理中,未开展满意度调查工作,选取我院2016年1—6月收治的住院患者161例作为观察组,在医院管理中,开展满意度调查工作,比较两组患者对医院各项情况满意度。结果观察组患者对住院环境、医护人员态度、医护人员操作水平、心理指导、住院费用满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组总体满意度分别为94.41%、85.28%,观察组患者总体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者满意度调查在医院管理中的应用价值较高,可弥补管理方面的不足,提高诊疗以及护理质量。 Objective To analyze patient satisfaction survey application value in hospital management. Methods In our hospital from June to December 2015 treated 163 cases as control group, in hospitalized patients in the hospital management, satisfaction survey work, choose our hospital from January to June 2016 treated 161 cases hospitalized patients as observation group, in the hospital management, satisfaction survey work, comparing two groups of patients to the hospital their satisfaction. Results The observation group of patients to the hospital environment, staff attitude, medical personnel operating level, psychological guidance, hospitalization expenses satisfaction was better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Observation group and control group were 94.41%, 85.28%, and overall satisfaction observation group of patients' overall satisfaction higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The patients satisfaction survey high application value in hospital management, can make up for the inadequacy of management, improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment and nursing.
