摘要
目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液对浅层病毒性角膜炎的治疗效果。方法将2014年7月—2016年7月于我院眼科接受治疗的82例(102眼)浅层病毒性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,对比单纯采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗(对照组,41例,49眼)与更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗的(观察组,41例,53眼)的临床疗效情况。结果观察组41例(53眼)患者在接受了上述联合治疗措施后,其临床治疗总有效率达到了94.34%;而单纯采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗的对照组其治疗总有效率则为81.63%,对比两组患者的临床治疗情况,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在治疗浅层病毒性角膜炎时,可采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液的治疗方法,能够提高患者的临床治疗有效率,促进患者的角膜修复。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of reduced glutathione eye drops on superficial viral keratitis. Methods From July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital treated 82 cases （102 eyes） superficial keratitis patients as the research object, compared with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment （control group, 41 cases, 49 eyes） and ganciclovir ophthalmic gel glutathione eye drops combined with reduced treatment （observation group, 41 cases, 53 eyes） the clinical efficacy. Results The observation group of 41 cases （53 eyes） in patients receiving the combination therapy, the clinical treatment of the total effective rate was 94.34%; while the ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment in the control group the total effective rate was 81.63%, the clinical treatment of the two groups were compared, the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of superficial keratitis, treatment methods can be combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel reduced glutathione eye drops, can improve the patient＇s clinical treatment efficiency, promote corneal repair in patients.
