中西医结合治疗混合痔术后切口水肿的临床应用研究

The Clinical Application of the Combination Therapy of Mixed Hemorrhoids Incision Edema

目的探讨电针辨证取穴结合氢溴酸高乌甲素静脉滴注的中西医结合治疗对混合痔疮术后切口水肿的临床应用效果。方法将80例需要行混合痔疮治疗的患者随机分为4组,每组患者各20例。观察术后肛缘水肿情况、药物不良反应等情况,比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疼痛VAS评分。结果镇痛效果D组>B组>C组>A组;术后肛缘水肿发生率,D组>B组>C组>A组;SAS、SDS评分、VAS评分D组<B组<C组<A组,组间差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);4组均未发现严重药物不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗对混合痔疮术后切口水肿有较好的镇痛效果,可减低术后肛缘水肿发生率,安全有效的减轻患者的疼痛。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of elcctroacupuncture combined with acupoint combined with hydrochloride and metronidazole intravenous infusion in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 80 patients who needed mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into four groups, 20 patients in each group. （SAS） and depression self- rating scale （SDS） score and pain VAS score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The analgesic effect of D group〉 B.group〉 C group〉 A group; postoperative anal margin of the incidence of edema, D group〉 B grouP〉 C group〉 A group; SAS, SDS score, VAS score D group 〈 C group 〈A group, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; 4 groups were not found serious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good analgesic effect on the edema of mixed hemorrhoids after operation, which can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative anal margin, safe and effective to reduce the pain of patients.
