摘要
目的研究摇拔戳手法治疗急性外踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法收集我院2015年6月—2016年7月收治的74例急性外踝关节扭伤患者,分为对照组(实施冰敷+弹力绷带外固定治疗)与治疗组(实施摇拔戳手法+弹力绷带外固定治疗)两组,对两组治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗1 d、7 d后,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1 d、7 d以及14 d后治疗组伤踝肿胀改善程度均分别优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对急性外踝关节扭伤患者,对其实施摇拔戳手法治疗的早期疗效明显优于冰敷,能够有效缓解其疼痛,改善其肿胀程度。
Objective To study the clinical effect of rock poke pull technique in treatment of acute ankle sprains outside. Methods Collected from June 2015 to July 2016 treated 74 cases of patients with acute external ankle sprains, which were divided into control group （the implementation of ice compress ＋elastic bandage external fixation treatment） and treatment group （implement shake stamp pull technique＋elastic bandage external fixation treatment） 2 groups, the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed. Results 1 d, 7 d after treatment, the treatment group VAS score lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; 1 d, 7 d and 14 d after treatment improved injured ankle swelling treatment group were obviously better than that of control group respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute external ankle sprains, imposed shake stamp pull technique treatment early curative effect was better than ice compress, can effectively relieve the pain and improve the degree of swelling.
