和血止痛颗粒制备工艺研究

摘要 目的确定和血止痛颗粒提取的最佳工艺及优选制剂成型工艺参数。方法以出膏率为指标,采用正交试验设计法,考察因素为溶剂用量倍数、提取时间、提取次数。并进行了制剂成型性研究。结果最佳提取工艺为:加水量为药材量的8倍,煎煮三次,每次1.5 h;成型工艺参数:清膏:淀粉:乳糖(1:1:1),混匀,制成颗粒,80℃干燥。结论优化工艺合理、稳定,重现性好,为和血止痛颗粒的生产提供试验依据。 Objective To determine the optima/ process of extraction of blood and its analgesic granules and to optimize the molding process parameters. Methods Taking the elution rate as the index, the orthogonal experiment design method was used to study the factors such as the amount of solvent, the extraction time and the extraction times. And the preparation of the preparation of the study. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: adding 8 times of the amount of medicine, boiling three times, 1.5 hours each time; molding process parameters: clear cream: starch: lactose (1: 1: 1), mix it, dried at 80%, . Conclusion The optimization process is reasonable, stable and reproducible, which provides the experimental basis for the production of blood analgesic granules.
