摘要
经行头痛是妇科临床常见疾病,以每值经期或行经前后出现头痛、经后辄止为特点。现代学者多从行气、温经、活血论治。笔者临床发现,此病与气机升降失调有关,从调畅气机之升降进行辨证治疗可取得立竿见影、事半功倍的效果。
Menstrual headache is one of the common gynecologic diseases which is characterized as headache around menstruation. Modem scholars treat it by promoting qi, warming meridian and activating blood. The author found that it was related to qi movement disorders. It was effective to treat menstrual headache by regulating up and down ofqi movement.
