不同剂量丙泊酚联合麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的比较

Comparison of Different Doses of Propofol Combined Anesthesia in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的比较不同剂量丙泊酚联合雷米芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取我院2009年3月—2011年3月收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者86例的临床资料,随机分为大、中、小剂量组,比较3组患者术后的平均睁眼时间、拔管时间、恢复意识时间及术后并发症的发病率。结果3组患者手术顺利完成,术后并未出现麻醉并发症。小剂量组与大剂量组和中剂量组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用小剂量(2μg/ml)的丙泊酚联合雷米芬太尼对妇科实施腹腔镜手术的患者进行麻醉时,即降低了麻醉剂在体内的蓄积量,又达到了良好的麻醉效果。

Objective To compare different doses of propofol combined with remifentanil in anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2011, patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, were randomly divided into large, medium and small dose group, the patients of the three groups were compared after the average opening time, extubation time, consciousness recovery time and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results Three groups of patients were successfully completed surgery, postoperative anesthesia complications did not appear. The small dose group and the high-dose group and the middle dose group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Low dose of propofol （2 μg/ml） combined with remifentanil in laparoscopic surgery for gynecologic patients during anesthesia, which reduce the volume of anesthetic in vivo, and achieved good anesthetic effect.
