泄浊益肾方对高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠白介素-1β的影响

The Influence of Xiezhuoyishen Fang on Serum IL-1β of the Hyperuricemic Nephropathy

目的观察泄浊益肾方对高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠IL-1β的影响,探讨其对肾脏的保护机制。方法通过腺嘌呤加乙胺丁醇复制高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药高、中、低剂量三组及西药(别嘌呤醇)对照组(n=10),实验28 d后处死,腹主动脉采血,检测血清IL-1β。结果治疗后西药组、中药各剂量组与模型组相比,IL-1β明显降低(P<0.01)。结论泄浊益肾方能够通过降低白介素-1β,抑制炎症反应,从而保护肾脏。

Objective To observe the effect of xiezhuoyishen fang on Hyperuricemie Nephropathy rats in Serum interleukin-1 （IL-1）,discuss it＇s protection of renal function. Methods Animal mode was made by Adenine and ethambutol, the animals divided into nomal contast group, model group, Chinese medicine high dose group, chinese medicine middle dose group, Chinese medicine low dose group and medicine group （Allopurinol）（n = 10）, The rats were killed at 28 days after the test, then blood specimen was collected from the main abdominal aorta to examine blood IL-1β. Results Contrast to model group, the level of IL-1β of the treatment groups clearly drop （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Xiezhuoyishenfang can reduce the leve of IL-1β, restrain the inflammatory response, improve the renal function.
