新型产前护理干预对提高新生儿初筛率的临床研究

目的探索新型产前护理干预模式对新生儿家属的听力筛查的认知度及认可度,进而对听力初筛率的影响。方法选取2015年1—12月到我院分娩的4 000例孕妇家庭作为研究对象,随机将其分为护理组与对照组,每组新生儿2 000例,护理组新生儿进行新型产前护理干预,对照组孕妇家属进行常规的护理干预,统计比较家属对听力筛查知识度及认可度以及新生儿听力筛查初筛率。结果护理组新生儿护理干预后家属对听力筛查的认知度及认可度明显上升,听力筛查初筛率达100%;对照组家属对听力筛查的认知度及认可度明显不足,新生儿初筛率为92.2%,与对照组比较,护理组家属对听力筛查的认知度及认可度、初筛率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型产前护理干预能够有效提高家属对听力筛查的认知度及认可度,提高了新生儿听力筛查初筛率。

Conclusion The new prenatal care intervention can effectively improve the awareness and recognition of the families of the hearing screening, thereby greatly improving the rate of screening newborn hearing screening.
