急诊癔症患者家属需求与护士对家属需求认知的差异

Analysis on Difference Between the Demands of Hysteria Patients' Family Members and the Cognition of the Nurses

目的了解急诊癔症患者家属的需求,以及护士对家属需求的认知。方法本研究采用自制的问卷调查表对急诊抢救室收治的癔症患者的家属100例及抢救室临床一线护士26例进行调查。结果癔症患者家属需求与护士对家属需求的认知不完全相同,部分项目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士通过了解癔症患者家属需求,明确护患双方认知差别所在,采取对症的健康指导,可减轻家属的焦虑,对患者的康复有帮助,并避免误解,减少医患矛盾的发生。

Objective To find out the demands of the families of patients with hysteria, and the cognition of the nurses. Methods This study uses self-made questionnaire investigation of emergency room patients with hysteria families 100 people and emergency room first-line clinical nurses 26 people. Results The lhmilies of patients with hysteria demands were different with the cognition of the nurses, some items were different and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nurses should understand the needs of family members of patients with hysteria, clear the differences between families and nurses. Nurses should provide health guidance to the families, and reduce their anxiety, which not only to the patient＇s recovery, but also to avoid misunderstanding, reduce the occurrence of the doctor-patient conflicts.
