摘要
目的探讨围术期护理运用在骨折合并糖尿病患者中的临床效果。方法随机将120例骨折合并糖尿病患者分为两组,其中对照组行常规护理,而观察组则运用综合护理,比较两组疗效。结果两组的并发症发生率、住院时间以及住院费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予骨折合并糖尿病患者综合护理干预,能够减少并发症,缩短住院时间。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing used in fracture clinical effect in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 cases of fracture in patients with diabetes mellitus randomly divided into two groups, control group routine nursing, the observation group was using comprehensive nursing, compared two groups of curative effect. Results Two groups the incidence of complications, length of hospital stay and hospital costs compared, there was difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical fractures in diabetes mellitus patients＇ comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the complications, shorter hospital stay.
