摘要
目的探讨先天性膈疝患儿围手术期的护理。方法选择我院收治的30例先天性膈疝患儿,对其护理进行回顾分析。结果 26例患儿由于治疗护理得当痊愈出院,3例回家继续治疗,1例由于并发症过重死亡。结论做好先天性膈疝患儿的围手术期护理对于患儿病情的康复发挥着十分积极的作用。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Methods 30 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results 26 cases was discharged, 3 cases of home to continue treatment, 1 case had complications of excessive death. Conclusion Perioperative care of children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia plays a very active role in the rehabilitation of children.
