Application Effect of Detail Nursing to Improve Nursing Safety in Operation Room

目的手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的应用效果。方法应用数字随机抽选的方式,从2015年2月-2016年2月本院收治的手术患者中,抽选160例作为本次研究的对象,并且根据不同的手术室护理方法分为两组,即E组与F组,每组80例。其中E组实施手术室基础护理,F组实施手术室细节护理,分析比较两组手术患者的护理效果。结果两组手术患者经过配合不同的手术室护理后,E组患者的手术室护理满意度评分是(84.60±1.20)分,手术护理安全性评分是(89.80±1.00)分,并发症的发生率是16.25%,差于F组的(98.80±0.20)分、(99.00±0.80)分、3.75%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在手术室护理过程中,积极应用细节护理,有助于提高手术安全性和患者的护理满意程度,全面降低术后并发症的发生,有助于促进患者尽快康复。

Objective The application effect of details nursing to improving the safety in operating room. Methods Used the digital way of randomly selected, from February 2015 to February 2016 in surgical patients in our hospital, 160 cases were selected as the research object, and according to the operating room nursing methods were divided into two groups, namely group E and group F, 80 cases in each group, group E based were adopted the routing nursing, group F details of implementation of the operating room nursing, compared two groups of patients with surgery nursing effect. Results Two groups of patients with surgery after cooperate with different operating room nursing, E group of patients in the operating room nursing satisfaction score was （84.60~1.20） points, surgical nursing safety score was （89.80~1.00）, the incidence of complications was 16.25%, significantly worse in group F （98.80~0.20）, （99.00-~0.80） points, 3.75%, and compared to similar between the two groups had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the process of the operating room nursing, active application details care, could help to improve the safety and patient satisfaction with care, comprehensive reduce postoperative complications, promote patients recover as soon as possible, has higher application value in clinical.
