探讨临床护理路径在产科初产妇护理中的效果

To Explore the Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Obstetric Primipara

目的探讨临床护理路径在产科初产妇护理中的应用效果。方法收集我院2015年2月—2016年6月产科接诊的240例初产妇作为研究对象,根据数字随机分配方式将其分为路径组(120例)与对照组(120例),对照组在传统护理模式下进行临床基础护理,观察组在临床护理路径模式下展开各项护理服务,观察对比两组产妇护理效果差异。结果路径组产妇护理满意度、护理质量达标率、基本母婴保健知识掌握合格率均优于对照组(P<0.05);路径组不良反应、住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在产科初产妇护理中的应用效果良好,护理质量提升,产妇基本掌握常规母婴保健知识,护理满意度明显提高,另外住院时间缩短还减轻了家庭经济负担。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the obstetric primipara. Methods Collected in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2016 obstetric admissions of 240 cases of primipara as the research object, according to randomly were divided them into group （120 cases） and the control group （120 cases）, control group in the traditional nursing mode of clinical nursing, the observation group in clinical nursing pathway expand the nursing service, the effect of differences between the two groups were observed and compared nursing. Results The path group maternal care satisfaction, compliance rate of nursing quality, basic knowledge of maternal and infant health care, the qualified rate was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; path group adverse reaction, hospitalization time and hospitalization costs were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path in obstetric early maternal care in the application effect is good, to improve the quality of nursing, maternal basic master routine maternal and child health knowledge, nursing satisfaction improved significantly, and shorten the hospitalization time but also reduced the economic burden of the family.
