摘要
目的探析优质护理对降低急诊小儿输液室的纠纷投诉率的效果。方法选取2015年10月—2017年1月在我院急诊室进行输液救治的患儿100例,经医院医学伦理委员机会审核通过随机等分为A组和B组,A组给予常规措施,B组则应用优质干预,对比其临床效果。结果 B组纠纷投诉率低于A组(P<0.05);且患儿家属对护理服务的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有利于降低急诊小儿输液室纠纷投诉率,改善护患关系,提高服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on reducing the rate of complaints in emergency transfusion room.
