摘要
在物流大通道加速建设和发展的背景下,以桂林市为例,研究通道物流发展的战略问题。分析其战略因素,建立SWOT定量分析模型,构建战略决策四边形,计算量化的战略指标,并据此作出战略选择。研究结果表明,桂林市发展通道物流具有良好的发展前景。基于SWOT定量分析的战略选择,为解决桂林市通道物流发展的战略问题提供了新的思路。
Under the background of the rapid construction and development of logistics corridor, illustrated by the case of Guilin,the strategic problem of corridor logistics is researched in this paper. Strategic factors are analyzed, a SWOT quantitative analysis model and a strategic decision quadrangle are built, quantized strategic indicators are calculated, and a strategic choice is made based on these. According to the research results, the corridor logistics of Guilin has promising prospects. The strategy choice based on SWOT quantitative analysis provides a new thought for the development strategy of corridor logistics of Guilin.
