Logistics sandbox simulation training simulates logistics enterprise＇s operational by the process of chips deduction, aiming for improving innovation and practical ability of student. This paper introduces the background of logistics development, the process of logistics sandbox simulation training, and the characteristic of innovational and enterprising talents. It also analyses current status and existing problems of the logistics sandbox simulation training teaching, and make suggestions for educational reform.
