摘要
长水平段水平井可有效扩大泄气面积,提高单井产量。为实现优快钻进,通过确定合理井身结构、优化井眼轨道设计、优选钻,完井液体系,提出长水平段水平井降低摩阻扭矩工艺措施,分井段优选出合适PDC钻头并优化钻井参数,优质高效完成了DP31H井施工。完钻水平位移2 122.30 m,水平段长度1 698.72 m,刷新大牛地气田长水平段水平井水平位移最大、水平段长度最长纪录。
Long horizontal-section wells can effectively expand the deflated area and improve the single well production. Well DP31 H have been made by the high quality through determining a reasonable hole structure, optimizing the design of the borehole trajectory, optimizing drilling and completion fluid system, reducing long horizontal-section wells friction torque, selecting the right PDC bit and drilling parameters. The well drilled horizontal displacement 2 122.30 m, horizontal section length 1 698.72 m, refreshing the Daniudi gasfield long horizontal section horizontal displacement, horizontal section length of the longest record.
